My journey began with fire and glass—as a qualified glass artist, I created ambient lighting from fused glass that traveled to exhibitions across the world. But life has a way of redirecting us. When illness led me to step away from glasswork, I discovered something unexpected: a doorway into healing
The Book of Stones by Naisha Ahsian and Robert Simmons opened my eyes to the profound connection between crystals and the 5 Elements. Suddenly, my creative practice transformed. I began crafting 5 Elements healing lighting, weaving together the beauty I’d always loved with the energetic wisdom I was discovering.
This exploration deepened when I fell in love with astrology. Studying for a year with the skillful teacher Catherine Goshen, I saw how the 5 Elements aren’t just around us—they’re within us, woven into our birth charts, expressed through our very nature. Yet something was still missing. I could read the sky and work with stones, but I didn’t know how to bridge heaven and earth.
Aromatherapy became that bridge. Through Gabriel Mojay’s teaching in Aromatherapy & Astrology and training in natural perfumery with the Northwest School of Aromatic Medicine, I learned how plant essences carry both earthly medicine and celestial signatures. Now, studying Ayurveda with SEED Institute, I continue to deepen my understanding of how the elements move through us—in our bodies, our breath, our constitutions.
Everything I’ve learned circles back to the same truth: the 5 Elements are the language of life itself. Through light, stone, star, scent, and the wisdom of Ayurveda, I help others understand themselves through this ancient framework—discovering which elements live strongly in them, which need nourishment, and how to come into greater balance and wholeness.

Odelle Golomb was born in Israel on November 15th 1980. She completed her
schooling in Israel and became inspired in the arts.
In 2005 she became impassioned by the idea of creating special lighting that would bring the beauty of nature into the home. She began a search for the exact material that would fulfill this vision and came across glass the perfect media for creating the warmth and ambience in lighting that she had been searching for.
Shortly afterward she undertook a course in Fusing and Slumping at the
Gill Raphal College in Tel Aviv, Israel. Once she had completed that course of study, she began work as an assistant in a Bronze factory and learned about making shapes and models from many kinds of materials.
- In 2011 Odell decided to embark in a new direction on her own in her artistry, and designed her own collection of floor chandeliers. Upon arriving in New Zealand in September 2011, she sought out the NZ society of artist in glass and was invited to exhibit her floor chandeliers at the NZSAG All Glass exhibition held in October soon after. The chandeliers are on display in Burning Issues Gallery & Ashton Grove Gallery in New Zealand.
